Uranium Energy raised its stake to 6,500,737 common shares, or 32.6%, following Anfield’s US$6.9 million equity offering.
It also held 1,283,639 common share purchase warrants, keeping its partially diluted position at 36.7%.
Before the offering, Uranium Energy owned 5,875,737 shares, or 32.2%, with the same warrant position.
