The U.S. Treasury said its Dutch auction of 17-week bills had a high rate of 4.105%, a median rate of 4.090% and a low rate of 4.005%. Total accepted was $75.0 billion, against $232.5 billion in public bids tendered; the bid-to-cover ratio was 3.10.
