The U.S. Treasury said its auction of 17-week bills produced a high rate of 4.195%, a median rate of 4.175% and a low rate of 4.090%. It accepted $75.0 billion of bids against $209.4 billion tendered, for a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.79.
