The U.S. Treasury said the 4-week bill auction produced a high rate of 3.890%, a median rate of 3.830% and a low rate of 3.750%. The total accepted was $115,000,594,100, against $283,336,654,100 in public bids tendered; the bid-to-cover ratio was 2.46.
