The Treasury said the 4-week bill auction had a high rate of 4.000%, a median rate of 3.930% and a low rate of 3.885%. Total accepted bids were $110,000,705,800, against $281,992,265,800 in public bids tendered; the bid-to-cover ratio was 2.56.
