U.S. 8-week bills high rate 3.990%
TLT•The U.S. Treasury’s auction of 8-week bills had a high rate of 3.990%, a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.76 and $85.0 billion in total accepted bids.

The Treasury said the 8-week bill auction had a median rate of 3.930% and a low rate of 3.850%. Total public bids tendered were about $234.5 billion, and the bills mature on Nov. 24, 2026.
