The U.S. Treasury said its auction of 8-week bills produced a high rate of 4.020%, a median rate of 3.990% and a low rate of 3.850%. Total bids accepted were $110.0 billion, against $289.6 billion in public bids tendered; the bid-to-cover ratio was 2.63.
