The U.S. Treasury said its 8-week bill auction produced a high rate of 4.050%, a median rate of 3.985% and a low rate of 3.890%. Total accepted bids were $105.0 billion, against $237.8 billion in public bids tendered; the bid-to-cover ratio was 2.26.
