U.S. Antimony names Shawn Winkler CFO, replacing Richard Isaak

U.S. Antimony appointed Shawn P. Winkler senior vice president and CFO effective Sept. 30, 2026, replacing Richard R. Isaak, whose employment the board terminated without cause.

1. CFO transition

Winkler previously served as CFO of Burrow Global and spent 15 years in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets and Deutsche Bank Securities, advising natural resources clients. Isaak stepped down as senior vice president and CFO on Sept. 30, 2026.
