NEW YORK, Aug. 5 (Reuters) - A U.S. appeals court said on Wednesday that a New York City law requiring food delivery companies to share customers' data with restaurants is unconstitutional.
The decision was issued by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan.
