US approves potential aircraft ferry support sale to Japan

The US State Department said on Tuesday it had approved the potential sale of aircraft ferry support and related equipment to Japan for an estimated cost of $159 million.

The principal contractor for the sale is Boeing BA.N, the department said in a statement.
