U.S. Bancorp to redeem fixed-to-floating senior notes on Oct. 26, 2026
USB•U.S. Bancorp will redeem its 6.787% fixed-to-floating senior notes on Oct. 26, 2026, at 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest. U.S. Bank will redeem two classes of senior notes on Oct. 22, 2026.
1. Redemption dates and terms
U.S. Bancorp will redeem all outstanding 6.787% fixed-to-floating rate senior notes due Oct. 26, 2027, on Oct. 26, 2026. The redemption price is 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date. U.S. Bank will redeem its 4.507% fixed-to-floating rate senior notes and floating rate senior notes, both due Oct. 22, 2027, on Oct. 22, 2026; the floating-rate notes will be redeemed on the same terms.
