QNBC•QNB set for Nasdaq debut after share sale
U.S. bank QNB Corp QNBC.PK is set for its Nasdaq debut on Thursday after a $45 million share sale.
Quakertown, Pennsylvania-based QNBC sold about 1.1 million shares at $42 apiece.
Proceeds will be used for general purposes, including repositioning the bond portfolio, repaying debt, funding new loans and supporting capital ratios.
QNBC, which is uplisting to Nasdaq from OTC Markets, currently operates fourteen branches in Bucks, Lehigh, and Montgomery Counties.
Brean Capital served as lead book-running manager for the offering, while Performance Trust Capital Partners acted as joint book-running manager.
