Brent crude nears $70 after OPEC+ freezes March oil output
OPEC+ members agreed to maintain oil output steady for March after Brent crude closed near $70 a barrel, its highest level in six months. The eight producers had earlier set quotas 2.9 million barrels per day higher from April through December and offered no forward guidance beyond March.
