US does not see safety concern from 737 MAX software issue

Duffy said the US does not currently see a safety concern stemming from the software issue and that the agency sees no need to ground the 737 MAX fleet. He said the response would be different if there were a safety issue, adding that officials had learned bad things can happen when they do not respond quickly.
