US FAA finds Boeing 737 MAX software glitch does not pose safety issue
BA•The FAA said a panel of experts determined that a software glitch in some Boeing 737 MAX flight computers does not pose a safety concern, clearing the way for approval of the larger MAX 10.

The FAA said the determination was based on pilots retaining full control of the aircraft and flight crew indications being clear and unambiguous. The agency had delayed certification of the MAX 10 earlier in the week while it analyzed the issue.
