US GoldMining completed a 2026 surface exploration program at its 100%-owned Whistler Gold-Copper Project in Alaska. Work expanded high-priority drill target areas at Whistler Orbit, Island Mountain and Muddy Creek, with the aim of growing the existing resource base.
2. Samples and resource inventory
The company submitted 58 rock grab samples for gold, copper and multi-element assays. Results are pending alongside assays from 7,493 meters of 2026 drilling. The current mineral resource inventory totals 5.41 million ounces of gold equivalent indicated and 4.97 million ounces inferred across Whistler, Raintree West and Island Mountain.
