WASHINGTON, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Elon Musk's X Corp and SpaceXAI can keep the terms of their confidential settlement with Apple secret after a federal judge denied OpenAI's request for the agreement, which the ChatGPT maker said could help bolster its defenses in an ongoing antitrust lawsuit.
