Vista Energy shares rise after Thiel stake disclosure
U.S.-listed shares of Vista Energy VIST.N rose more than 7% to $73.22 premarket after Palantir PLTR.O chair and co-founder Peter Thiel bought a 1% stake in the company.
The billionaire's Macro LLC hedge fund bought around 1.2 million American depositary shares in Vista, worth about $76 million, according to an SEC filing published Friday.
