US, Mexico set fourth round of USMCA negotiations for September

MEXICO CITY, July 23 (Reuters) - A fourth round of trade negotiations between the United States and Mexico to renew the North American trade agreement is scheduled for early September, Mexico's Economy Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer met with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum and Mexican Economy Minister Marcelo Ebrard on Thursday as part of a third round of negotiations.

In a statement, the Mexican Economy Ministry described the talks as "constructive."
