U.S. stocks on the move: Charles River, Oracle, TD Synnex

1. Major indexes fall
Wall Street's main indexes declined Thursday as uncertainty over prospects for a resolution to the Middle East conflict lifted oil prices and Treasury yields, keeping risk appetite in check ahead of a U.S.-China summit. At 11:30 EDT, the Dow was down 0.69% at 51,156.62, the S&P 500 was down 0.52% at 7,666.26, and the Nasdaq was down 0.80% at 26,719.15.
2. Company shares move
Charles River Laboratories gained 4.7% after an update to its 2026 forecast and long-term targets. TD Synnex fell 12.5% after reporting a lower gross margin. Oracle shares slipped after a report on a force majeure notice.
