1. Market indexes decline
At 11:31 a.m. EDT, the Dow was down 1.03%, the S&P 500 fell 0.54% and the Nasdaq Composite lost 0.66%. The Nasdaq and S&P 500 had eased from record highs as Treasury yields and oil prices rebounded.
2. Company shares move
Halozyme rose after a Dutch court win against Merck’s injected Keytruda. BKV climbed on an equipment supply deal for a Texas power project, while AppFolio slid after UBS downgraded the stock to neutral.
