U.S. stocks on the move: Vor Biopharma, Fair Isaac Corp, Plug Power

1. Major indexes decline
At 1:30 p.m. EDT, the Dow fell 0.55% to 51,199.48, the S&P 500 lost 0.31% to 7,660.06, and the Nasdaq Composite declined 0.21% to 26,763.90. Most sectors fell as government bond yields resumed their uptrend, while gains in AI-linked stocks on optimism about Anthropic's plan to go public helped limit losses.

Vor Biopharma rose after positive autoimmune drug data, and Plug Power gained after a deal for a 280-MW Denmark project. Fair Isaac slumped 25.7% after Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac moved to a single pricing framework.
