Main U.S. indexes rise as oil eases
September 11 (Reuters) - The main U.S. stock indexes rose on Friday as a pullback in oil prices offered relief, setting stocks on course to end a rough week on a positive note though data showed consumer price inflation accelerated in August. .N
At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 1.15% at 52,664.99. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 1.07% at 7,673.08, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 1.21% at 26,397.44.
