Adjusted EBITDA was $197.30 million, slightly above the $196.75 million estimate, and net income rose to $47.35 million from $34.5 million a year earlier.
2. 2026 outlook
The company expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA of $770 million to $780 million and distributable cash flow of $495 million to $505 million. It forecasts expansion capital expenditures of $230 million to $250 million and maintenance capital expenditures of $60 million to $70 million.

The company said higher average revenue per revenue-generating horsepower, increased average revenue-generating horsepower and an expanded executed contract pipeline across core markets contributed to results.
