USANA Health Sciences enters first amendment to credit agreement on Sept. 30, 2026
USNA•USANA Health Sciences amended its credit agreement on Sept. 30, 2026. The agreement provides a $75 million revolving credit facility, which may increase to $200 million, and sets minimum EBITDA requirements beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.
1. Credit agreement terms
The amended agreement provides a $75 million revolver, with capacity to increase to $200 million, and matures June 27, 2030. It requires minimum consolidated EBITDA of $100 million for a trailing four-quarter period starting in Q4 2026, falling to $70 million if revolving exposure is $50 million or less; USANA Australia Pty may sell its Sydney property and apply the net proceeds.
