USBC signs unsecured note for up to $22 million with Goldeneye 1995 LLC
USBC•USBC entered an unsecured promissory note with Goldeneye 1995 LLC for up to $22 million, with borrowings carrying 8.5% annual interest and maturing Sept. 25, 2029. Goldeneye is owned by USBC Chairman and CEO Robert Gregory Kidd.
1. Note terms
Under the Sept. 25, 2026 agreement, Goldeneye may advance funds from time to time as a single term loan; amounts repaid or prepaid cannot be borrowed again. Interest is payable quarterly starting Dec. 31, 2026. A default can accelerate repayment and raise the interest rate to 11.5% per year. The financing is a related-party transaction because Goldeneye is owned by Kidd.
