Usiminas hires related-party Exiros for supply services under four-year contracts

The international trading contract becomes effective Aug. 10, 2026 and has a four-year term. It is non-exclusive, has no minimum volumes, and is priced at cost plus fees.

Usiminas signed related-party supply agreements with Exiros B.V. and Exiros Brasil, both controlled by Ternium/Tenaris.

• The local services contract starts Oct. 1, 2026, runs for four years, and covers domestic procurement support, logistics, and import-related activities.
• Exiros Brasil will earn a fixed annual fee in Brazilian reais, set below Usiminas’ current in-house procurement cost, with stepped reductions.
• A cost-plus cap applies from year three.
• A separate fixed annual IT license payment starts in year two, also below current licenses.
