Vail Resorts director Sue Decker will not stand for re-election at the 2026 annual meeting, ending an 11-year board tenure.
Decker stepped down to manage board commitments following appointments to Anderson Group and Nscale boards.
Board size will drop to nine members at the annual meeting.
The nominating and governance committee is searching for an additional independent director; board size is targeted to return to 10 in early 2027.
