Val-d'Or Mining reported additional drilling results from its Perestroika gold prospect in Québec on October 26, 2026. Hole PE-26-033 returned 6.72 g/t gold over 1.70 metres, including 17.86 g/t over 0.60 metres. Hole PE-26-040 returned 2.19 g/t over 2.10 metres and extended mineralization at depth and northwest along strike.
The completed program totaled 12,477 metres across 25 drillholes, with 4,458 sample results pending. Eldorado Gold's option agreement expired, and the company opted to retain a 30% interest in the properties covered by the agreement.
