Vale amends filing to update 2026 cost, copper and nickel output estimates

Vale filed an amended Form 6-K to update 2026 guidance for costs and production volumes.
- Iron ore C1 cash cost raised to USD 22.5-23.5 per tonne from USD 20-21.5; all-in iron ore cost lifted to USD 58-62 from USD 52-56.
- All-in copper cost cut to USD 0-500 from USD 1,000-1,500; all-in nickel cost reduced to USD 10,000-11,500 from USD 12,000-13,500.
- Copper output outlook increased to 360-380 kt from 350-380; nickel outlook lifted to 185-200 kt from 175-200.
- All other estimates previously disclosed in its Reference Form remained unchanged.
