Vale will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Rio de Janeiro on July 22, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing one board member, with José Maurício Pereira Coelho or Ieda Gomes Yell as candidates.
The meeting will also vote on the board chairmanship, with Manuel Lino Silva de Sousa Oliveira or Marcelo Gasparino da Silva as candidates.
Remote voting instructions received cover 2,066,031,747 shares, equal to 48.5% of voting capital.
