Directors elected Wilfred Theodoor Bruijn as chair of the board on an interim basis through the July 22, 2026 extraordinary general meeting.
Wilfred Theodoor Bruijn abstained from the vote; Manuel Lino Silva de Sousa Oliveira also abstained, disconnecting due to a conflict-of-interest process.
Marcelo Gasparino da Silva submitted a written dissent urging the board to wait for the July 22 shareholder vote, while backing Fernando Jorge Buso Gomes as an alternative.
