Valion Bio filed an amended 8-K to replace preliminary vote tallies with final results from its Aug. 14, 2026 special meeting.
Stockholders backed a reverse stock split, granting board discretion to set a 1-for-5 to 1-for-50 ratio within 12 months.
Final vote on the reverse split: 1,243,530 for, 697,127 against, 60,678 abstentions.
