Board chair succession announced

Valmont Industries board chair Mogens C. Bay will retire from the board at the end of fiscal 2026 on Dec. 26, 2026.
Vice Chair Catherine J. Paglia, currently lead independent director, will succeed Bay as board chair upon his retirement.
