The fund boosted Subaru stake by 20.07% to 2,038,500 shares (valued at ¥30,363,890) and trimmed Warrior Met Coal by 33.22%, reflecting strategic rebalancing.

Third Avenue Value Fund added three new positions in Q2 2026. The fund acquired 1,027,723 Harley-Davidson shares for $24.55 million, representing 2.76% of its portfolio. It also purchased 819,047 Robert Half shares worth $21.79 million and 814,800 Osaka Titanium Technologies shares valued at ¥13,280,350 (1.5% of the portfolio).
2. Key Position Increases
The fund increased stakes in seven existing holdings, led by Subaru where it added 340,800 shares, bringing the total to 2,038,500 shares—a 20.07% increase valued at ¥30,363,890. It also boosted easyJet position by 948,837 shares to 4,644,584, representing a significant portfolio weight adjustment with a total value of £22,230,580.
3. Key Position Reductions
Seven positions were trimmed, most notably a reduction of 123,006 Warrior Met Coal shares, a 33.22% decrease, after averaging $88 per share. The fund also cut Rogers Corp by 91,749 shares—a 58.29% reduction—at an average price of $110.63 during the quarter.
