Valvoline appoints ex-Shake Shack CFO Fogertey, Yum Brands’ Mezvinsky to board

Valvoline elected Katherine Fogertey, former Shake Shack CFO, to its board effective July 22, 2026.

Fogertey previously spent nearly 16 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a vice president in Global Investment Research covering U.S. restaurants.

Scott Mezvinsky, CEO of Yum Brands’ KFC division, also joined the board effective July 22, 2026.

Mezvinsky joined Yum in 2004 and has held senior roles across finance, strategy, operations, and general management, including president of Taco Bell North America and International.

Fogertey will join the audit committee, and Mezvinsky will join the governance and nominating committee.
