Vanda presents new GEMINI-1 data on imsidolimab in generalized pustular psoriasis at EADV 2026
VNDA•Vanda said new GEMINI-1 findings on imsidolimab showed rapid improvement in inflammation-related blood markers in patients with generalized pustular psoriasis. The data will be presented at the EADV meeting in Vienna, September 30 through October 3, 2026.

Vanda Pharmaceuticals flagged new clinical findings on imsidolimab in generalized pustular psoriasis for presentation at the 2026 EADV meeting. The data indicate treatment was associated with rapid improvement in inflammation-related blood markers in patients with the rare skin disease.
2. Additional analyses
Separate analyses focus on immunogenicity and improvements in pustulation severity from the GEMINI-1 study. Imsidolimab is an IL-36 receptor antibody for an orphan indication, with expected regulatory and patent exclusivity into the late 2030s.
