Site location and infrastructure work
The site spans 42 acres near SH-121, offering access to U.S. 75, SH-121, Highway 380 and McKinney National Airport.
Work also includes a Collin McKinney Parkway extension and a new trail link to Cottonwood Creek Trail.

VanTrust broke ground on Phase 1 of 121 Commerce Park, its first industrial development in McKinney, Texas.
Phase 1 adds 512,872 square feet across two speculative Class A buildings, with completion targeted for Q2 2027.
