Varonis posted a net loss of $46.81 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, widening from a year earlier as operating loss deepened to $40.63 million.
Revenue rose 18.3% to $180.02 million year over year, driven by SaaS revenue, which more than doubled to $171.73 million.
Term license subscriptions fell 87.1% to $4.16 million, while maintenance and services dropped 70.2% to $4.13 million as the business shifted to SaaS.
SaaS annual recurring revenue climbed 52% to $726 million as of June 30, 2026, with renewal rate over 90% for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
Management reiterated the self-hosted business will reach end-of-life on Dec. 31, 2026, following the Feb. 6, 2026 acquisition of AllTrue.ai.
