COEO buys NetWolves for $14.5 million cash
COEO Solutions bought NetWolves Network Services from Vaso for a base purchase price of $14.5 million in cash.
The deal closed July 31, 2026, transferring all outstanding membership interests in NetWolves.
The price is subject to post-closing adjustments tied to net working capital, cash, indebtedness, and unpaid seller expenses.
