Vaxcyte will present topline results from OPUS-1, its pivotal adult Phase 3 trial of VAX-31, at a webcast scheduled for Oct. 5, 2026. The trial evaluates the candidate’s safety, tolerability and immunogenicity in adults, targeting prevention of invasive pneumococcal disease and pneumococcal pneumonia.
