1. Malaysia's First NVIDIA-Powered AI GPU Center

V Gallant Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of VCI Global, went live with Malaysia’s first NVIDIA-powered AI GPU computing center on March 3, 2026. The facility positions the company as a first-mover in Southeast Asian AI infrastructure, addressing rising compute demands and strict data governance by serving government agencies, enterprises and SMEs.

2. Hybrid Infrastructure and Recurring Revenue Model

With the computing center operational, V Gallant shifts to commercial operations, offering GPU compute leasing, dedicated private clusters and subscription access to its Enterprise LLM platform. This hybrid infrastructure plus SaaS approach establishes high-margin, recurring revenue streams while reducing customers’ reliance on offshore cloud providers.

3. Intelli-X Enterprise LLM Platform

Intelli-X provides a zero-access private LLM architecture ensuring data remains fully controlled within a secure environment. Key capabilities include secure document intelligence, predictive modeling, AI-assisted decision support and workflow automation tailored for regulated industries, government bodies and SME enterprises.

4. Strategic Partnerships

V Gallant signed memoranda of understanding with Khalifa Intelligence for market access, UCSI College for AI education and workforce development, and Favoriot for Intelli-X deployment integration. These agreements reinforce ecosystem-driven expansion and accelerate commercialization across public-sector and regulated-industry clients.
