Veeva FY27 Q2 net income climbs 37% to $273.4 million; revenue rises 18% to $928 million

The company said it expects Q3 revenue of $932 million to $935 million.

Full-year revenue guidance was lifted to $3.68 billion to $3.69 billion.

Veeva posted fiscal 2027 Q2 revenue of $928 million, up 18% year over year; GAAP net income climbed 37% to $273.4 million.

GAAP diluted EPS rose to $1.66; GAAP operating income increased 40% to $275 million.

Subscription revenue advanced 16% to $766.8 million, with management citing a record quarter for Vault CRM and rapid acceleration in Veeva Falcon.
