Veeva Systems announced Falcon, an agentic labor platform part of Veeva AI, designed to integrate with its Development Cloud applications covering clinical, regulatory and safety workflows. The initial modules target trial master file document intake and quality control, health authority correspondence and safety case triage, aiming to reduce costs and accelerate drug development timelines with early adopter availability set for November 2026.
2. Teva Adopts Veeva Vault CRM Globally
Teva has committed to deploy Veeva Vault CRM across its global operations, leveraging the Agentic Call Report feature to generate compliant commercial evidence from free-text inputs. This expansion deepens the strategic partnership, providing Teva with AI-driven insights to enhance commercial execution and drive greater customer engagement.
