Vend disclosed that it expects about 50% of any gross recovery from Prisjakt Sverige’s SEK 21.4 billion damages claim against Google, which is before the Patent and Market Court in Stockholm. Vend said its share would be calculated before fees, direct case costs and applicable taxes, and warned that the outcome remains uncertain.
