Venezuela's oil exports fell to 1.08 million barrels per day in September from 1.19 million bpd the previous month, as traders pressed state-run PDVSA for price discounts to accommodate higher freight rates. Exports to the United States increased to 629,000 bpd from 553,000 bpd, while shipments to India and Europe fell to 253,000 bpd and 86,000 bpd, respectively.
