VenHub says no SEC probe, defends disclosures after third-party publicity
VHUB•VenHub responds to publicity around finances and disclosures
VenHub pushed back on third-party publicity about its finances, calling related law-firm releases meritless and distracting.
It clarified that the cited liquidity and going-concern language came from its Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
The company said it is not aware of any SEC or other government investigation tied to its disclosures or business practices.
VenHub reiterated that it expects to need additional financing, citing a capital-intensive growth model in autonomous, AI-driven retail.
It said it is pursuing financing and strategic options while focusing on execution and cost management.
