- Normalized FFO per share (non-GAAP) rose 9% from a year earlier to USD 0.97; Nareit FFO per share climbed 15% to USD 0.99.
- NOI increased to USD 685.21 million from a year earlier; SHOP NOI jumped to USD 403.5 million, while Triple-Net NOI fell to USD 121.71 million.
- Total company same-store cash NOI grew 10% year over year, led by 16% SHOP same-store cash NOI growth with average occupancy up 300 basis points.
- Ventas raised full-year 2026 guidance, lifting normalized FFO per share to USD 3.85-3.90, while boosting senior housing investment guidance to USD 4.5 billion.
