Venture Global Secures 1 Mtpa LNG Offtake Deals with TotalEnergies and Vitol
Venture Global will supply 1 million tonnes per annum of liquefied natural gas to TotalEnergies and Vitol under new long-term contracts. The deal strengthens offtake for its Calcasieu Pass export terminal capacity and underpins project financing.
1. New 1 Mtpa LNG Offtake Agreements
Venture Global has signed long-term agreements to deliver 1 million tonnes per annum of LNG to TotalEnergies and Vitol, expanding its roster of international offtakers and locking in additional demand.
2. Calcasieu Pass Capacity Utilization
The committed volumes will be sourced from the Calcasieu Pass export terminal, driving higher utilization rates ahead of planned phase-two capacity expansions and optimizing asset output.
3. Financial and Strategic Impact
